  • Preparing journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets;
  • Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate;
  • Assists in maintaining of proper control of the supporting documents for payments and financial reports;
  • Investigate and resolve any client account discrepancies;
  • Assist in preparation of annual Audit;
  • Preparing sales tax invoice;
  • Preparing income and expenditure statement;
  • Preparing monthly tax payment and bank reconciliation;
  • Maintaining cash at bank & cash in hand as well as checking online banking transactions;
  • Assisting supervisor in audit and taxation;
  • Handling all transactions related to accounts;

  Job Specification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA in Finance preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in related field;
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Proper commanding with Reporting Requirements and capable of handling work pressure;
  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision;
  • Dedicated, hardworking and proactive;
