Position: Jr. HR & Admin Assistant

Job Description:

  • Using computerised system, electronic devices and office package software including Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Devising and maintaining office systems;
  • Providing secretarial services including arrangements of e-mails, correspondences, meetings and conferences.
  • Liaising with the staff and with external contacts;
  • Handling telephone calls, ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
  • Filtering visitors whether they are work related or they visit for other matters;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
  • Liaising with the office staff and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other staff; and
  • Carrying out other tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor.
  • Collecting and stapling the Newspapers.
  • Ensuring the Internet Connection and Attendance are working properly.
  • Ensuring the job sheet record is mentioned.
  • Ensuring refreshment and cafeteria needs are available like water, milk, coffee etc.
  • Ensuring the daily leave record is maintained.
  • Assign and supervise work given to helper.
  • Perform other duties related to the work assigned by seniors.

 

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor of  Business Studies (BBS)/ Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Fresher (Experience in related work is preferred).
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Time Management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Handling Office Equipment’s.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Dedicated, hardworking and proactive;
