Position: HR – Trainee

Job Description:

  • Assisting in developing internal policies and procedures regarding interviewing and hiring, 
  • Carrying out reference and background checks. 
  • Making arrangements for testing and interviewing session. 
  • Maintaining personnel records and associated Human Resources Information Systems. 
  • Making Arrangements for Staff Induction Training. 
  • Providing information related to employees rules and regulations as instructed by the immediate supervisor. 
  • Assisting in conducting performance evaluation. 
  • Assisting in developing various policies and procedure for their implementation.  
  • Carrying out responsibilities regarding Admin work. 
  • Assisting in carrying out overall HR activities. 
  • Coordinating with staff for any kind of grievances. 
  • Carrying out other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor. 

 

Job Specification:

  • Masters/Bachelors of  Business Studies or  Business Administration.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good negotiation skills.
