Job Description:

  • Carrying out reference and background checks
  • Making arrangements for testing and interviewing session
  • Maintaining personnel records and associated Human Resources Information Systems
  • Providing information related to employees rules and regulations as instructed by the immediate supervisor
  • Assisting in carrying out overall HR activities
  • Coordinating with staff for any kind of grievances
  • Assisting in recruitment process
  • Carrying out other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor

Job Specification:

  • BBS/ BBA running or completed preferred
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good negotiation skills
