Job Description:

  • Contact customers
  • Interact with customer via inbound telephone calls to flow information and assistance
  • Follow up with customers regarding issues, amount and deposits
  • Drive the targets as per the instruction provided
  • Keep record of calling customer with their feedback
  • Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, client service, purchasing, and human resources departments
  • Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage and handle the situation promptly
  • Carry out other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
  • Fresher
  • Proven ability to write clearly and to communicate effectively orally
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships
  • Good presentation skill
  • Dedicated and hardworking
  • Self-motivated
