Job Description:

  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain records of sales generation (CRM update) and forward it to line supervisor.
  • Assist customer to address their technical and non-technical issue.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

  • Sound knowledge on customer handling (interpersonal, negotiation) skills
  • Good command over both English and Nepali
  • Sound skills on computer office package
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle any situation
