- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Maintain records of sales generation (CRM update) and forward it to line supervisor.
- Assist customer to address their technical and non-technical issue.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Sound knowledge on customer handling (interpersonal, negotiation) skills
- Good command over both English and Nepali
- Sound skills on computer office package
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle any situation
