Job Description:

  • To create, monitor and post accruals and journal entries
  • To perform fixed asset, general ledger, inventory and inventory reserve accounting for manufacturing locations
  • To perform accounting closing duties with a special focus on manufacturing
  • To coordinate reconciliation of sub ledger accounts and general ledger
  • To ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time and in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • To document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks
  • To confirm and abide by all internal procedures, policies and regulatory guidance
  • To maintain portfolio type accurate accounts of each customer /clients of the company

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Above from recognized university
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships
  • Knowledge of accounting software i.e. Tally
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word & Excel)
  • Dedicated and hardworking
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Must have two wheelers with valid license
